Our humble pursuit have proved an example of fact, that though epics of great men hold invaluable lessons, yet, somehow, it is the stories we picked up by chance that tend to leave us lingering in the most peculiar of places; those which seem to have been cast in our paths by an orchestrated stroke of coincidence; those which remain deceptively mundane while powerfully evocative; those which pretend little but abound in much. Carefully bound together in a compact 148mm by 210mm compilation centred around people, places and perspectives, these tales perform a simple utilitarian function of a delitescent reminder that others are as human as we are.
Emphasising on the investigation of banality, our pilot issue will explore the physiological facilities that will eventually mould our perception—sight, sound, taste & touch. And in the praise of originality, we would love to present diversity in the content we publish. We encourage all our contributors experiment outside the conventional parameters of journalism and storytelling, whatever the choice of language may be—photographs, poetry or prose. Together with our contributors, we hope to complete a journal that is, in itself and forever, ours.
That's all I can tell you right now! Keep a look out for it this October!
